GIELOW, JAMES W. age 88, May 30, 2008 of Sterling Hgts. Beloved husband of Pearl. Dear father of Bill Barbara, Paul Peggy, and Susan Chuck Langley. Loving grandfather of Eric Allison Spicer, Edward, Kimberly Timothy LeClair, James Langley and Charles Mary Gielow. Dear brother of Jane Braidwood. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. James was a retired employee of Michigan Bell Telephone Co. for over 40 years. He also was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran serving in the European Theatre. Friends may call at Wm. Mr. Gielow will lie in state on Tuesday at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 12509 19 Mile Rd., Sterling Hgts. from 9:30 AM until 10:00 AM time of Mass. Memorials suggested to Hospice of MI.
