JAMES O. AKA Cucco COOK, age 87, of Fraser, passed away on February 28, 2011 at the Shelby Nursing Center, Shelby Township, MI. He was born on October 31, 1923; in Sidney, Nova Scotia, Canada. James worked as a Comptroller for U.S. Government - TANCOM. He was a member of 4th Degree and Past Grand Knight at John F. Kennedy Council # 5460. Also serving as Past Grand Knight also at the State Level with the Knights of Columbus as Director of Community Activities. James was married to the late Marion, Dear father of Thomas J., Richard J., Barbara M. Lumetta, James M.Nancy, Daniel P.Julie Cucco, and John F. Teresa. Proud grandfather of thirteen and several great grandchildren. Brother of Jean Johnson. Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 2, 2011, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a Kof C Rosary at 7:00pm at Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 Blks of VanDyke Utica. Thursday in state at 10:00 am at St Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 48115 Schoenherr North of 21 Mile Rd Shelby Twp.until time of Mass at 11:00 am.
