Hilda Paselk

Hilda Mina Paselk age 88 , passed away on January 24, 2013 at McLaren Macomb Hospital, Mt. Clemens. She was a resident of Harrison Township for 20 years, and a former resident of Detroit. She was born March 18, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Frederick John and Wilhelmina Katerina nee Zampich Walter. On July 5, 1947 she married the late Leonard W. Paselk at Peace Lutheran Church in Detroit. She was a member of the Women's Guild at Peace Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Women's' Missionary League. She enjoyed making quilts for the church and was a very active member. She is survived by her twin sons, Peter Renate Paselk and Paul Phyllis Paselk, her grandchildren, Ashley, Kimberly, James and Stephanie Paselk, and her sister, Marilyn Kersey of Clinton Township and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Leonard Paselk and brother, Frederick Walter. Visitation Sunday 2-8 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd., 3 blks E. of Van Dyke Utica. Instate Monday 10:30 a.m. until till time of Service 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 45160 Van Dyke, Utica. Interment at Glen Eden Memorial Park-East, Livonia, Michigan.
