Gregory DeQuin

Greg M. DeQuin, age 65, a resident of Fair Haven for the past 30 years, formerly of the Royal Oak area, died April 24, 2013. He was born May 27, 1947 in Sturgis. Mr. DeQuin worked for J.P.T. Tool & Die in Macomb, for more than 30 years, as a machinist. He loved fishing and boating, and was a member of the Oakland County Sheriff Association. He is survived by his daughters, Debbie Tom Welch and Renee M. DeQuin; grandchildren, Amber Welch and Thomas Welch Jr.; great grandchildren, Brendan Welch and Devin Welch; and sister, Diana DeQuin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Barbara DeQuin; and siblings, Brad DeQuin, Brian DeQuin and Sue DeQuin. The visitation will be Tuesday 2-9 p.m. and service Wednesday 1 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blocks E of Woodward, Royal Oak, with Deacon Brian Carroll officiating. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
