G. Dann Linsdeau, age 81; of Sterling Heights and formerly of Grosse Pointe Woods, died Wednesday, January 25, 2006, in Sterling Heights. He was born March 1, 1924, in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Lindsdeau retired in 1982, as a General Foreman in the Jig and Fixture Department at Budd Company. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a member of the VFW Bruce Post. He loved fishing, boating, and boxing. He is survived by his son, Steven Mary Linsdeau; granchildren: Justin Dana Linsdeau and Stephanie Linsdeau; great-grandson, Brandon Linsdeau, and son-in-law Frank Kahofer. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Linsdeau, and daughter Mimi Kahofer. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, January 28th from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and Sunday, January 29th from 2:00pm to 8:00pm with a military VFW service at 7:30 pm. Monday, January 30th, his funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 blks east of VanDyke on the northside of Hall Road/M-59 Utica; with Father Jerome Machlik officiating.
