Frank Romanik

Frank T. Romanik, age 90 of Shelby Twp. passed away January 6, 2012 at Shelby Nursing Center in Shelby Twp. Frank was a longtime member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church where he had been active in the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the American Legion Post 351 and the Veterans of Foreign War. He is survived by his beloved wife Helen whom he married on September 7, 1946 in Hamtramck. Dear father of Edward Marcia Romanik and Dorothy Maximo Munoz. Loving grandfather of David Janis Romanik and Christopher Romanik. Loving great grandfather of twins Mason and Chase. Dear brother of Josephine Prusakiewicz and Florence Kutchem. Friends may visit Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. 3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday and 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday. Parish Scripture service 7:00 pm Wednesday. Mr. Romanik will lie in state on Thursday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Rd., Utica from 9:30 am until 10:00 am time of Mass.
