Frances Watts

Frances Estelle Thornton nee Watts, age 82, a resident of Madison Heights, formerly of Royal Oak, died November 23, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Arthur, who passed away in 1999. Frances was the loving mother of Estelle Billy Lindsey of Ferndale, Inez Thornton David Eastin of Royal Oak and Anita Jim Peludat of Willimantic, CT. Frances was also the proud grandmother of Wendy Jason, Tracy Larry, Holly Beth, Lee Terri, Nathaniel, Jason and Bradley. She will also be missed by her great grandchildren, Randy, Ashley, Ayden, Mia and Bradley, as well as many nieces and nephews. Frances was happily married to Arthur for more than 47 years. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother who was dedicated to her family. She was also a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a good friend to many. She will be missed by them all. She loved to travel and also enjoyed reading and gardening. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service, 1 p.m., at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
