Frances A. St. Onge, age 91, of Royal Oak, died October 6, 2009 at Cambridge Nursing Home in Clawson. She was born February 15, 1918 in Marquette. Mrs. St. Onge lived in Royal Oak since 1949. She worked as an operator for Michigan Bell Telephone Company and as a lunchroom lady at Starr School for 17 years. She is survived by her husband, Norman F. St. Onge, whom she married September 3, 1949 in Marquette; children, Paul W. Gayla St. Onge of Marquette, Fred J. Karen St. Onge of Marquette, Richard J. Kristina St. Onge of Hendersonville, TN, Thomas C. St. Onge of Seffner, FL, Robert E. Paula St. Onge of Jacksonville, FL, David F. Barbara St. Onge of Clawson and Mary Michael Panetta of Royal Oak; brother, Harold Remortal of Marquette; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lucille Iwanski. The visitation will be held Thursday 2-9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. scripture service at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. Mrs. St. Onge will lie in state Friday 11:30 a.m. until the time of mass 12 noon at the National Shrine of the Little Flower in Royal Oak. The burial will take place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy.
