Evelyn Potter

Evelyn L. Potter, age 90, a resident of Royal Oak, died February 20, 2012 at Beaumont Health System in Royal Oak. She was born September 16, 1921 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles and Edith Eanes. Mrs. Potter was a 1939 graduate of Royal Oak High School. She was an administrative secretary for AC Delco Division, General Motors and after retirement, a substitute secretary for the Royal Oak Board of Education. She was a member of Professional Secretaries International, AC Delco Retirees Club and Committee, Rolling Hills Club and Royal Silhouettes. She is survived by her husband, William D. Potter Jr.; whom she married November 21, 1944 in Napoleon, OH; daughters, Lee Potter and Karen Potter White; grandchildren, Bill Dawn LaComb, David Elizabeth White and Jennifer White; and great grandchildren, Devon, Mitchell, Megan, Potter, Becca and Jessie.
