Elizabeth Calhoun

Elizabeth Gee Calhoun, 85, of Rochester, formerly of Royal Oak, died Saturday, July 5, 2008, in her granddaughter's home in Rochester. She was born November 23, 1922, in Detroit. Mrs. Calhoun had been employed as a secretary for more than 25 years at Whittier Elementary School in Royal Oak. Her family said she will be missed by her pride and joy and loving companion, Littlebit. She married Walter Fredrick Calhoun in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mrs. Calhoun is survived by her sons, David Allen Calhoun and Walter Lawrence "Larry" Kathy Louise Calhoun; grandchildren, Alicia, Lauren, Matt, Michelle and Patrick; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Amelia, Samantha, Joseph, Audrey, Hannah, Max, Olivia and Grace; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter, in 1993; and parents, Agnes Ellison and Harry Gee.
