Born April 4, 1926 in Hamtramck, Michigan.Eleanor retired from General Motors in the 1980's where she was employed as Head Cashier. She enjoyed dancing, traveling, shopping for clothes and jewelry, and playing cards and BINGO.Eleanor was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church Altar Society. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Beloved wife of the late Mitchell Haba and the late Ted Kociela.
Loving mother of Linda Trimm and Doug Danna Haba. Grandmother to Rex and William Trimm; Also Mitchell and Amelia Haba. great-grandmother to Chancellor and Azaely Trimm, Lucian Smith, and Achaya Kern. Visitation Thursday at the Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica from 3-8 PM .
Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Rd, Utica, Michigan. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit, Michigan. Eleanor will lie instate at church on Friday at 9:30 AM until time of funeral Mass. . Memorials appreciated toAmerican Cancer Society, St. Lawrence Catholic Community, or Hospice of Michigan.
