LUCAS, Edward J. age 81, of Shelby Township died January 17, 2012. Mr. Lucas was a Merchant Marine for 3 years and worked for Ford Motor Company for 37 years. He enjoyed western movies, working around the house, and has more than 50 tractors. Survived by his long and devoted wife Beverly. Dear father of Veronica James Keitz, Luana Gerald Bemis, and Daniel Katy Brohlman. Proud grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 30. Preceded in death by his great grandson, Lukas. Family will receive friends at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 blks east of Van Dyke Utica Thursday 2pm-9pm and Friday 12 noon until time of service at 3pm.
