Age 80, a resident of Utica, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013. He was born May 25, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI. Mr. Leland was a retired Lt. Colonel with the United States Air Force as a Executive Officer. He was a Member and Officer of the R.O.A., NARFE, SOAR, and American Legion. He was a graduate of U of M, where he was a member of the marching band and Symphony band. Beloved Husband of the late Janet. Loving Father of Sharon Jerry Theut, Kathy Gary Dudas, and Craig E. Maria Leland
