HOGG, Duane W. Age 72, of White Lake, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. He was born March 8, 1933, in Calumet, Michigan. Mr. Hogg taught in Almont from 1958-1961 and at Utica High School from 1961 to 1990. After retirement, he continued as head timer for the Utica Track Team, was an elected member of the White Lake Township Library Board, an election official, an instructor and supervisor for the Macomb County Science Olympiad. He was a lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers. He was a graduate of Hancock Central High School and received his bachelor and Master's degree from Northern Michigan University. He married Beverly J. Trombley on June 24, 1967. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Beverly J. Hogg nee Trombley; sons, Jeff Jill Hogg of Anthem, Arizonia, and David Hogg of Pontiac; half-brother, Walt April Lindala of Marquette. he was predeceased by his father, Walter Lindala; mother, Elma Hogg, and adoptive father, John Hogg. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road, Utica. Memorial gathering will take place from 3:00pm-6:00pm Thursday.
