COOK, Duane L. age 63, died August 23, 2005. Beloved husband of Carol. Dear father of Adam. Loving son of Vivian. Brother of Gary, Sandy, Darlene, Vicki, and John. Preceeded in death by his brother James. There will be memorial visitation on Monday, August 29th, from 10:00am until the memorial service at 11:00am at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road, 3 blks east of VanDyke Utica.
