GRAUL, Doris J. "Dee-Dee", age 79, died August 19, 2014 at her home in St. Clair Shores, Michigan surrounded by her family. She was born April 12, 1935 in Detroit. Dee was a long time resident of St. Clair Shores for over 50 years. She was a woman of accomplishment. Dee was a graduate of Eastern High School located in Detroit, Michigan. A very hard worker, she worked at Shore's Deli on Harper Avenue in St. Clair Shores for 25 years. A proud American on holidays and special occasions she proudly flew our Nation's Flag. As a member of the "TOPS" organization she gained many friends with her warm heart. Dee enjoyed gardening, cleaning, shopping, and spending time outdoors. She will be remembered for taking care of and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She was an avid Detroit sports fan, especially the Tigers and the Red Wings. Beloved wife of the late Bernard. Loving mother of Karen Dennis Sidote, Debbie Brian Lemay, Nancy Bill Podorsek, and Bernie Sherry Graul, Jr. Proud grandmother of Andrew Allison Sidote, Marc Sidote, Deanna Sidote, Brian Lemay, Shannon Lemay, Samantha Podorsek, Julie Podorsek, Sean Farrell, Amanda Farrell, and Hannah Fowler. Great grandmother of Jack and Juliana Sidote; Gionna, Chloe, and Joseph Sidote; and also Maeleigh Eads. Dear sister of the late Thomas Dickinson, Gerald Joanne Dickinson, and Marilyn Willie Vandro. The family of Dee will receive friends Friday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road, 3 blocks East of Van Dyke Utica, Michigan 48317 A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 23, 204 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home Private interment will take place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
