Donna Gail Jackson, 73 of Newcastle, died Tuesday, March 31, at the Weston County Hospital.
She was born June 6, 1935 at the Shell Place north of Newcastle. She was the daughter of Alvin L and Leona F Watson. Donna Gail graduated from Newcastle High School.
She married William Victor Jackson November 21, 1951 in Custer County SD. After several years of traveling they settled in Newcastle WY. Donna Gail was a active member of the Gateway Fellowship Church.
Donna Gail enjoyed working in her flower beds. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and wife.
Survivors include her sisters, Avis Elliot of Oklahoma, Darlene Carr of Newcastle. Son William Howard Jackson & family of Gillette, Daughter Wilma Jackson & family of Washington state, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her parents, husband, 2 daughters and a grandson.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 4, at the Worden Funeral Home in Newcastle, Pastor Wayne Wilson officiating. The family would like family and friends to meet afterwards at the Newcastle Senior Center.
The family has set up a memorial fund in her memory in care of Donna Gail Jackson Memorial Funds at the First State Bank of Newcastle WY.
