Donald Tanghe

TANGHE, Donald V. age 79, died July 8, 2014 at Wm. Beaumont Hospital, Troy, Michigan. Donald was born February 5, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to Arthur and Irma nee DeGrieck Tanghe. He enjoyed to golf and bowl and was a member of the Plumbers Local #98. His family said he will be greatly missed and especially by his wife of 58 years, Diana nee Karon. He is also survived by his children: Terry Mary Jean Tanghe, Catherine Tanghe, Patricia Grech, and Sandra Jon Georgen Keller. Proud grandfather of Kristina Johnathan, Ryan, Taylor Chris, Kyle, Joshua, Blake, Steve, and Meredith Travis. Dear great grandfather of Eli, Ashlyn, and Kai. Beloved brother of Nancy the late Melvin Merryman. Preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Irma Tanghe. Visitation Friday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm and funeral service Saturday at 12 noon at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 blks east of Van Dyke Utica. Burial at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Utica. Memorials appreciated to: American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, OR American Diabetes Association.
