Donald L. Brennan, age 86, a resident of Royal Oak, passed away April 9, 2012. He was born June 12, 1925 in Detroit to the late David and Gertrude Brennan. Mr. Brennan was a World War II U.S. Army Sergeant and stationed at Fort Ord in California. He was a member of the Allen Park K of C and a 17-year charter member of the Virgin Run Camping Association. He enjoyed golfing, camping and fishing. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Helen Brennan; children, Michael J. Christine Brennan, Mary Michael Johnson and Thomas A. Brennan; brother, Patrick Brennan; and grandchildren, Brian, Renee and Katherine. The visitation will be Wednesday 1-8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. K of C Rosary at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak.
