Retired City of Warren Employee with the Water Dept.
Member of Warren Church of God, and a Cub Scout Leader for many years.

Beloved Husband of Carolyn and the late Rilla
Loving Father of James Marsha Marcum, Dianna Chuck Daoust-Hampton, Anthony Vickie Marcum, Connie Shadow Owens, Tony Brenda Chesney, Tammy Dishner and Robbie Christy Gibson.
Proud Grandfather of 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren
