Dale Boker

Dale Vernon Boker, age 85, a resident of Royal Oak, died October 24, 2011 at Beaumont Health System in Royal Oak. He was born February 14, 1926 in Virginia, IL to the late Orvil and Alma Boker. Mr. Boker is survived by his wife, Geneen McDonald Boker; children, Brenda Dennis McInerney, Brian Boker, Kevin Boker, Mark Boker, Michael Sharon Boker, Brett Tracy Augsberger, Paul Boker, Terence Boker and Charlene Mabie; brothers, Warren Boker and Rodney Pat Boker; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Boker; and sister-in-law, Ina Boker. The visitation will be Thursday 2-8 p.m. and service Friday 10 a.m., with the Rev. Dale Hunter officiating, at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The burial will take place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy.
