Dale Allen

Allen, Dale, 58, of Fort Lauderdale FL, formerly of Pontiac, MI died June 11, 2005. Dale died peacefully at home in the arms of his partner of 22 1/2 years. His partner and family thank everyone who sent flowers and cards, called, visited, and supported him during this difficult time. Dale was overwhelmed and uplifted by the response from all of you. He glowed with ther realization of just how many lives he had touched and how many had touched his. Dale was a loving partner, father, grandfather, and uncle, a sincere friend to many, and a mentoring retired teached from Waterford-Kettering High School in Waterford, MI. Dale is survived by his loving partner and soul mate, Jim Pelky; son, Christopher and Shanda Allen of Clarkston, MI; daughter, Jennifer Allen of Dublin, CA; grandchildren, James Steele and Joshua and Jasmine Allen; siblings, Warren and Joanne Allen, Joyce Melow, Nancy Kibby, Robert Allen, Paul and Charlene Allen; Jim Pelky's siblings, Robert and Tomoko Pelky, Brian and Robin Pelky, Laura and Ted Perniciaro and 3 dogs he received much joy from, Mork, Mindy and Gizmo. Dale is preceded in death by his parents, James and Louise Allen and his sister Lois Cordray.
