Cynthia Lionts

Cynthia Lionts, 64, of Royal Oak, died Feb. 3, 2008 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born April 11, 1943 in Hamtramck. Mrs. Lionts fought a courageous battle with cancer. She was a lifelong resident of Royal Oak and a Ford Motor Co. retiree. She loved antiques, enjoyed watching her grandchildren and was a loyal Red Wings fan. Mrs. Lionts is survived by her children, Elaine Chad Buhs, Marie Tim Elliott, Jerry Lionts and Carole Kevin Henry; siblings, Rosemarie Edward Frank, Cornelia Hall and Carole Andrus; grandchildren, Evelyn, Marlee, Marilyn, Jerrid, Olivia, Dylan and Renee. She was predeceased in 2000 by her husband, Jerry Lionts, whom she married April 24, 1965 in Livonia. She was also predeceased by her parents, Irene and Leo Andrus, and brother, Leon Andrus.
