CHRISTOPHER M. RAY, age 39, passed away January 24, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 4, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. Beloved father of Anna Grace Monahan and Brady Lee Cole. Dear son of Beverley Ray and the late Winfred Ray. Dear brother of Mark Pearl Messina, Brad Ray, Dwayne Linda Messina, Caren Mike Leslie and Cindy Glenn Ludeman. Christopher was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and was employed as a surgical nurse with Utica Surgery Center. He loved to play golf. Friends may call at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd., Utica from 5:00-9:00 pm Wednesday and 2:00 - 9:00 pm Thursday. Scripture Service 7:00 pm on Thursday. Funeral Services will be on Friday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Rd., Utica where he will lie in state from 11:30 am until 12:00 pm time of Mass. Burial at St. Lawrence Cemetery.
