Chris Tucker

Chris A. Tucker-Yax, age 39 of Sterling Heights, died Saturday, July 9, 2005, at St. Joseph's Mercy of Macomb Hospital, Clinton Township, Michigan. She was born April 22, 1966, in Royal Oak, Michigan. Mrs. Tucker-Yax was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Clinton Township. She married Brian J. Yax on June 12,1993. She is survived by her husband, Brian; stepchildren, Brian Yax Jr. of Ypsilanti and Brandi Yax of Sterling Heights; parents, Gerald and Joanne Tucker of Farwell; grandparents, Ben and Jean Galfano; brothers, David Patti Tucker, and Steven Tucker; uncle Bruce Galfano. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road, Utica with the Reverend Stephen De Kok of Bethany Baptist Church, Clinton Township, officiating. Visitation is Wednesday from 3:00pm-9:00pm and Thursday, 2:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm at the funeral home. Memorials suggested to Juvenile Diabetes or the Michigan Humane Society.
