SHOCK, CHARLES "CHARLIE" E. , age 58, March 8, 2009. He was born Jan. 25, 1951 in Ypsilanti, MI, the son of Ray and Freda Arend Shock. Charles was a devoted family man who greeted everyone with a smile. Beloved husband of Mary Ellen. Dear son of Frieda Shock and the late Ray Shock. Dear father of Michele Mike Marion, Kelly Jason Phillips. Dear grandfather of Cody Phillips. Step father of Samantha Peterson and Jillian Peterson. Dear brother of Joyce Paul Meffert, Linda Drotar, Ray Rhonda Shock II and Elizabeth Jeffrey Farar. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd., 3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica. Memorial Service 7:00 PM Wednesday.
