PRICE, Charlene Kay. Age 81. Died December 17, 2005 at St. John Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan. She was born July 3, 1924 in Nashville, Tenessee. Loving wife of the late Joseph W. Price. Dear mother of Cynthia Ann Schul, Brenda Bock, Rita McDowell, and Cathy Raczak. Proud grandmother of eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Preceeded in death by her husband Joseph W. Price and great grandson Dilyn. Visitation is Monday, December 19th from 3:00pm-9:00pm at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road, Utica. Her funeral will be on Tuesday, December 20th at 10:00 am at the funeral home, with Reverend William Lawrence officiating. Interment at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
