Catherine Brown

Catherine Brown, 86, a Royal Oak resident since 1955, died May 18, 2008 at her home. She was born November 26, 1921 in Cambuslang, Scotland. Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband, Joseph Brown, whom she wed September 23, 1944 in Glasgow, Scotland; son, David Judith Brown of Walnut Creek, CA and daughter-in-law, Janis Brown of Troy; sisters, Jean McCreedy of Glasgow and Christina Farrell of Glasgow; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, William Brown.
