Carrie Kashinsky

Carrie E. Kashinsky, age 89 of Harrison Twp. formerly of Utica passed away March 3, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 5, 1922 in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was a longtime former member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church where she was their organist for many years, Past President of the Legion of Mary; and taught music for a number of years. Beloved wife of the late John J. Kashinsky. Dear mother of John Victoria Mattia Kashinsky and Mary David Sherman. Loving grandmother of Veronica, Amanda, Janece, Carrie and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by Catherine Blackmon, her special caregiver for the past 6 years. Friends may call at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. 3 blks. Mrs. Kashinsky will lie in state on Tuesday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Rd., Utica from 9:30 am until 10:00 am time of Mass. Interment Utica Cemetery.
