DUKES, Carla'nne Age 52. November 14, 2007. Beloved wife of Stephen R. Knazik. Loving mother of Natalie and Gabrielle Knazik. Beloved daughter of Carlton W. Dukes and Lucille Meismer Dukes. Dear sister of Mark C. Dukes. She is remembered fondly by physicians and staff with whom she has had the privilege of caring for our community as well as the patients she has served. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Birmingham Unitarian Church, 38651 Woodward, Bloomfield Hills, with the Reverend Douglas W. Gallager officiating.
