Bessie Lapham

Bessie E. Lapham, age 93, a resident of Bloomfield Hills, formerly of Royal Oak, died August 20, 2011 at Evergreen Health and Living Center in Southfield. She was born May 7, 1918 in Rankin, MI to the late James and Mildred Tahash. Mrs. Lapham was a longtime member of Red Run Golf Club and enjoyed traveling and photography. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Lapham. Dear sister of Irene the late Joe Westermayer and Katherine Archie Coran. Loving aunt of Jim Linda Coran and their family, Robert, Lynsey, Erica and Jayden Coran. The visitation will be Thursday 10 a.m. until the time of service 11 a.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The burial will take place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy. Memorials to Beaumont Hospice appreciated.
