Marion L. Becker "Becky" Ellison, age 87, of Rochester Hills, formerly of Royal Oak, passed away peacefully February 17, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Hal. Best mom in the world to Tina Gavin Litchfield, George Marie Fox Ellison, Libby Dick Dwyer, Rebecca Arce and Irene Dale LeCrone. Special grandma to Ben and Adam Ealovega, Heather and Hal Ellison, Jessica and Shannon Murphy, and Maggie and Elizabeth LeCrone. Dear friend of Ken Osborne of Rochester Hills. She taught her children to be strong, independent and curious about the world and its people. She and Hal were intrepid world-wide travelers. Becky loved books, music and the arts. She was a volunteer at the Detroit Institute of Arts for 30 years and an adult literacy tutor. Visitation Sunday 4-8 p.m. and Monday 2-8 p.m. at the Wm.
